Project Manager: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing our skills development programme/s and ensuring that all activities delivered by multiple teams are aligned, fit for purpose, and relevant to the client/sponsor requirements, and all relevant information is gathered and evaluated on time with relevant risks identified in advance.

 

Digital Technology Educator: The Digital Technology Educator will be responsible to drive candidates’ digital and career development through the proper use of a blended learning approach (online learning platform and experiential learning interventions), providing multiple opportunities for application, practice, and reiteration, and ensuring candidates’ transition from unemployed to employable.

 

M&E Manager: The M&E Manager position will suit a specialist who is an analytical thinker with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to share relevant insights for programming and grant performance. Who will contribute to the success of CapaCiTi by driving accurate and systematic performance and impact measurement. Oversee and drive the monitoring and evaluation function of CapaCiTi, including data and information flow by providing expertise in M & E planning and methodology.

 

Head of Digital: The Head of Digital Training will lead the technical training team to deliver the most up-to-date content in an authentic, candidate-centric, work-simulating manner. Ensure that the LMS is being optimised and continuously improved as well as oversee the IT quality standards across training design and human and physical resources.

 

Workflow Manager: The Workflow Manager who is an analytical and systematic individual with exceptional organisational capabilities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team will manage the workflow of all tasks flowing through our functional teams and key departments. Ensuring daily management of projects, overseeing project resources, and working across multiple projects ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems.

 

Candidate Success Manager: The Candidate Success Manager is responsible for directing candidate career success efforts, and assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of candidate support systems. This includes career advice, Job and Career critical success programmes, coaching, workplace familiarisation, well-being, and HR support, candidate advice and referrals to alternative support options, and the development of professional portfolios.
