School Holiday Programme

This week (07 April 2015 – 11 April 2015) we ran the School Holiday program at The Barn Khayelitsha.

We had lots of kids come through, and from Monday to Friday we taught them how to code.

We taught them basic HTML and CSS, and the importance behind it.

We showed them that you can find HTML and CSS in every website and many apps on the market.

It was loads of fun and the children were very interactive and eager to learn.

At the end of the course we had the kids each produce a small website telling us a little bit about them.

We were pleased to see some faces from our previous course return to learn even more about IT and willing to help other children.

We can’t wait to run the course again and are excited to see what more the children will produce.

We also do Java programming every Saturday for school kids.
