Lara Rosmarin is the Head of Entrepreneur Development and Incubation at UVU Accelerate. With a background in Social Science and Clinical Psychology, she began her career in behavioural risk management before transitioning to the NGO sector, where she advised leading South African companies on Corporate Social Investment (CSI) strategies. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, Lara has held leadership roles at Seed Academy and Seed Engine, empowering entrepreneurs to drive meaningful change. At UVU Accelerate, she continues to champion innovation and support entrepreneurs in building a future-fit society.
