Wipro and CAPACITI Team Up to Bridge Employment Gap for Young South Africans

Wipro Africa and CAPACITI have joined forces to enable South African youth to participate in the tech economy. This innovative initiative will equip unemployed young people with technical skills and work environmental awareness, covering a variety of technical courses designed to provide them with certified training and professional development.  

CAPACITI CEO Fiona Tabraham spoke about the exciting Wipro partnership, emphasising that CAPACITI’s is dedicated to empowering disadvantaged South Africans with skills that open doors in the digital economy and foster inclusion. She acknowledged there are challenges, and stated that, “Creating sustainable careers for unemployed youth and building a strong tech talent pool requires collaboration.
